Alex Stuart & Associates was established in 2000 by the principal, Alex Stuart. In the period between 1994 and 2000, Alex Stuart worked for a large Plaintiff law firm. Over the years, their lawyers have successfully acted on behalf of hundreds of people. They have also acted in test cases that have been determined by the Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia.

In the past, they have proudly provided support to organizations such as the Asbestos Diseases Foundation of Australia; the Asbestos Diseases Society of South Australia; the RSL; SA Unions; and the Australian Red Cross. their firm has also undertaken pro bono work.
