Mark holds a Bachelor of Economics, a Bachelor of Laws and a Diploma of Commercial Law. Mark is a Commercial Litigation Specialist and Business Law accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria and a practicing mediator. He is a member of the Law Council's Insolvency and Reconstruction committee and the Commercial Litigation Advisory Committee. He has practiced extensively in the area of commercial litigation and business law including bankruptcy, liquidations, receiverships and voluntary administration.
