Neil Johnston has approached his life as a challenge to learn and accomplish new skills. After working in the automotive, mining, construction, retail and hospitality industries; Neil returned as a student and completed a two year course, which he later upgraded to an Advanced Diploma of Community Services Management.

Selecting positions strategically to develop and test his skills, Neil has worked at Consumer Affairs, Prison Industries and within education as a seasonal teacher. He has managed a variety of business related programs at TAFE as a business development consultant and A/Team Leader of Community Services & Health Program. Neil has also developed and managed successful programs for over 300 long term unemployed and 230 trainees in the Health sector.

Looking back, Neil has gained experience in planning, small business, project management, quality assurance and workplace systems in both public and private enterprise.
