It’s easy to see what motivates Mark Gunning. Straightforward, no nonsense and disciplined, he’s the kind of person who does what he says. As he was growing up, Mark learned the value of discipline at home, on the baseball field and at work. He was motivated from early on and at the tender age of 10 had made his first major purchase; a riding lawn mower.
