Allion Legal was formed in 2009 as the result of the merger between the established Western Australian law firms of Michael Whyte & Co and Pullinger Readhead Lucas. The merger has enabled Allion Legal to become Western Australia’s largest boutique legal practice offering expert services across the resources, corporate, property and workplace relations sectors as well as the finance and technology sectors.
