Bryan, Kain - Solicitors is generally recognized as one of Sydney's leading small Family Law firms. The firm is based in a small mid Sydney office, although proceedings in the Melbourne Family Court and relating to properties in other states and other countries are often also dealt with.

In 1999 the firm was proud to be one of the first to attain the Towards Best Practice accreditation, the standard then set for legal firms in Australia. They were pleased to have their accolade acknowledged by their picture on the cover of the Lawyers' Journal in New South Wales.
