For many years, David Prior ran a sole practice undertaking the normal work of a suburban legal practice. In 1997 Warwick Ryan joined the firm as an employee, and 12 months later as a partner. Since 1998, as a result of rapid growth in the Central Coast's Business sector, David and Warwick have changed the firm's focus, from the needs of the average Central Coast resident to the needs of a growing Business Community. This transition, resulting in the name change to Central Coast Business Lawyers, has positioned the practice as the only business law specialists on the Central Coast.
