Philip Farrugia, a lawyer since 1972, is the senior partner who manages the firm and acts mainly on real estate conveyancing, commercial leasing, small business, probate and estate planning, wills and powers of attorney, commercial disputes and self-managed superannuation funds.

Philip has been self employed for most of his career, except for 3 years at Westfield, where he was a legal adviser to the general managers of its development, construction and leasing departments.
