Rachael Denise Wallbank was admitted to practice as a Solicitor, Proctor and Attorney of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia on 11th July 1980 and shortly thereafter she was admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia. She has practiced law continuously since that time and established Wallbanks in July 1985. Rachael has also obtained post-graduate qualifications in mediation and alternative dispute resolution as well as specialist accreditation.

Wallbanks is a dedicated personal relationships legal practice; specializing in family law, defacto relationships law, wills and estate litigation. Rachael is an Accredited Specialist and has been awarded by the Specialist Accreditation Board of the Law Society of New South Wales.
